I have used two different Eco-wool colors now for felted bags and this wool felts great in stockinette stitch. It leaves ridges with garter stitch, (after 45 min. of washing) but is a very nice felting wool.

This is one of my all-time favorite yarns. It felts well, knits up into an extremely warm fabric, and the colors are amazing. There are actually dyed colors now, too, though they don't seem to be listed as of this posting. I highly recommend it to knitters of all levels for a nice basic yarn at a good price. One skein is enough to make a long scarf, two hats, and a pair of gloves!
