"Tweed" by N.Y. Yarns has a thin thread twisted throughout followed by a plump strand wound loosely and then repeats the thin thread. This Turkish yarn feels good next to the skin and will help fend off winter's chill. "Tweed" is 70% acrylic, 15% wool, 15% polyester and can be used for jackets, afghans, throws, sweaters, cardigans as well as scarves.
