Using a nylon fiber similar to Lycra gives "Meringue Solid" great "memory" so that even when it's stretched, it retains its original shape & sizing. Because of its elasticity, you can easily knit or crochet "Meringue Solid" into terrific hats, headbands, sweaters, bags, afghans, vests & more! Made of 40% merino wool, 40% acrylic & 20% elastic nylon, mix & match it with its variegated, color-coordinated cousin "Meringue Print".
