I love TLC Lustre (now discontinued) so I used this to crochet a bag. It pilled within two days of use. And though it's intended for baby items, I find the feel way too plasticky to use for babies.

I have used this for several crocheted baby blankets, and have been extremely happy with the results. The colors (especially the white, which is so bright) are very pretty. It is also very soft when crocheted.

I do a lot of charity knitting for preemies and have found this yarn to be the softest and also the best value. Easy to work with in both crochet and knitting.

JUST COMPLETED improvised DC & SC narrow scarf using TLC Baby 5881 Powder Blue (sport weight) with Bernat Bling Bling 65122 Brilliant Blue (BULKY). I tried 3 times in past 2 months to crochet Bling Bling alone. HOWEVER, nylon has NUBS & difficult to SEE stitches, so I added pale blue TLC Baby yarn--thin, for which I'm PLEASED with finished scarf.
Also used for 8 small crocheted BABY DOLL blankets on 1/3 top portion with Lion Brand Vanna's Choice Baby yarn on bottom 2/3 blanket. For these, effect of thicker & thinner (TLC Baby) added to LOOK! It's a less expensive yarn & easy to "make up." IDEAL choice for little girls' baby dools--washable. Bought at Michaels on sale June 2009.
