RYC's "Soft Tweed" is a soft, fuzzy yarn. A bulky weight, it is made of 56% wool, 20% rayon, 14% nylon and 10% silk. It can be hand washed and dried flat. This marl colored yarn is designed for making blankets, sweaters, jackets, scarves, vests and shawls.

A bit floppy but lovely and soft and warm. Knits up quickly. I made a sweater in stocking stitch which turned out a bit baggy. I accidentally washed it on the hand wash cycle of the machine instead of by hand and it shrank and felted, creating a much nicer sweater! Am now doing another but in moss stitch and it seems to be holding its shape better.
