Lion Brand Fishermen`s Wool Comments

GREAT 100% wool yarn--SOFT & durable--I've recently crocheted 2 afghans & 3 lapghans using same pattern with FAB results. FREE pattern from Lion Brand Vanna's Choice (I wanted all wool)using 3 strands together in a V-stitch with no fringe. However, I used 2 strands Patons classic 100% wool with 1 Fishermen's wool for large afghans; for lapghans (smaller) I used 1 strand Patons classic & 1 strand natural for half & 1 oak or maple tweed for variety. I added 26 chain each looped fringe (2 strands) at both ends on all items. All gifted to relatives--WONDERFUL--& used daily in COLD Minnesota winters!
