I made a poncho for my daughter with orange and yellow and another orange/yelow/white mix knubby yarn. It knits up looking nice, she's wearing it a lot. The poncho doesn't seem to grow in length yet so that's a good sign. I did use a lot bigger needle than what the label says to make more loose and not too hot for California weather.
