This is a super cottony-feeling eyelash yarn that is loaded with eyelashes! The subtle different colors give the finished article a different color when viewed at a distance. Very soft and rich-feeling. Works well as a wide fringy bit on the hem of a sweater, or on cuffs.

ADDS A BIT OF "DAZZLE" to your look! I crocheted a narrow long scarf of my own design using 1 skein of Galaxy yarn, color 282 Mercury-- green with hints of pastels. It's a FUN, soft yarn, easy to work up and FUN to wear-- coordinates with anything! I used hook K for a looser look for this iridescent eyelash yarn. I bought bags of 10 on sale in January 2013 from Discontinued Brand Name Yarns website. Also bought 3 other Galaxy colors. I highly recommend this yarn-- for projects that need a bit of "sparkle!"

To date I've crocheted 26 narrow scarves using 1 skein or less for each, 3 more colors of same Galaxy yarn: all with brightness & shine! Saturn is a FAB orange (269); Venus is pale blue, pink & yellow (261) & Earth is a lovely shade of blue (278). GIFTS for 5 nieces & nephew's wives (10) plus 7 grandnieces. And 3 much shorter & narrower scarves for American Girl dolls!

Completed another long scarf in Galaxy, SATURN 269- orange with hints of pastels for my younger sister's spring birthday. Created my own pattern using 2 skeins with long chain loops on both ends. She's worn to office/work & received several compliments! Shiny & UNIQUE polyester yarn. I used L hook, but had to be mindful so yarn didn't "catch" of the eyelash strands. LOVE this yarn!
