If I could only buy one all-around sock yarn this is it. I keep a heft stash, as I've always have a sock on my needles. I love the stitch defination; you can throw it in the washer & dryer with no trauma and it gets softer with each wash. There are a couple of others out there that I like that are sold in bigger hanks, but Lorna's is great because you can keep multiple colors on hand for color work and not spend a fortune. Thumbs up!
