I'd rather knit with this than cashmere. It's not one bit itchy and has a lovely cuddliness to it. The manufacturer recommends it for menswear (think how many balls it would take to do a sweater!) but it seems perfect to me for baby clothes and blankets, as well as scarves and other cold weather items.

This yarn is fabolous. Sooooo soft, you can't imagine. It's top quality, never pills and so warm. One of my favorite for sure.

the feel of the yarn is great - but it does not wear well. i have bought two skeins and made mittens that looked really pretty and luxurious, but after about 5 wears they started looking very worn.
