I have a ton of the navy blue and wanted to stripe it with some similar yarn in white. I thought I should do a test wash with the two colors, together. The blue did not run! It knits up at 3.75 sts per inch in a 10.5 US needle. It is really a nice soft cotton yarn. The stiches come out almost as nice as if it were knitted on a machine! Very nautical!
