What can be said about Koigu that hasn't been said a thousand times already? It's a lovely yarn that comes in amazing colors that don't bleed and lends itself to all sorts of projects. I've made a baby blanket, a stole and socks with it. It's simply terrific.

The other reviewer is right-- it's a lovely yarn. What I appreciate is the softness and how well my koigu socks have survived accidental trips through the washing machine.

I was going to leave this on the varigated koigu page, but there's no listing for the varigated yarn, so: what I really love about the colorways is that there's no "pooling" of colors. Just a gorgeous mix of colors.

THE standard for tightly spun plied fingering weight wool. Soft, washable, easy to knit up, not splitty, amazing colorways. You need this yarn. There's not a page for KPPPM, but if you choose that version, be warned, they are serious about those dyelots. Get as much as you fear you'll need, you'll regret it if you don't.
